Business aviation handling
Le Bourget has no airline terminal in use for scheduled flights; passengers use the FBOs' own terminals, including Signature, Jet Aviation, Jetex, Universal Aviation and Dassault Falcon Service.
Signature Paris Le Bourget
45 Avenue de l'Europe, Zone Aviation d'Affaires. Private terminal with onsite customs and immigration, conference rooms, crew lounge and de-icing. Hours 06:00-22:00 local, call-out on request.
Jet Aviation Paris-Le Bourget
Took over ASTONSKY's FBO, handling and hangarage on 1 August 2025. FBO opened in 2019 with large lounges, crew rooms and sleeping rooms, and three adjacent hangars of about 3,500 m2 taking aircraft up to the Gulfstream G700.
Jetex Paris Le Bourget
Private terminal with VIP, executive and crew lounges and showers. Lists 24/7 operations, customs and immigration, hangarage, and aircraft parking in front of the terminal.
Universal Aviation France
9 Avenue de l'Europe. Hours 08:30-20:30, 24 hours on request. VIP lounge, conference room, prayer room, private apron, heated hangar and a wide-body ramp.
Dassault Falcon Service
FBO next to Dassault's Falcon maintenance base. Renovated in 2018 with crew lounge, shower and rest room; about 5,000 movements a year (2018 figure).
Worth knowing before you fly
- The 22:15 local cut-off for jet departures is the key limit. Late dinners or evening meetings in Paris need a wheels-up plan well before 22:15, as the aircraft must have left its stand by then.
- Arrivals are less restricted than departures: jets certified to Chapter 3, 4 or 14 may land at night, so a late arrival is usually easier to arrange than a late departure.
- There is a wide choice of FBOs, each with its own terminal and customs clearance, so passengers never use an airline terminal. The FBO must be named in the flight plan.
- Le Bourget is not on the French list of slot-coordinated airports, but Universal Aviation notes that slots can apply during special events, and temporary rules are published for events such as the Paris Air Show.

Airport
| Opening hours | The French AIP lists the aerodrome, customs and immigration, and ATS as H24. Fuel is published as 05:00-22:00 (AIP times, UTC basis). FBO hours vary: Signature 06:00-22:00 local with call-out on request; Universal Aviation 08:30-20:30 with 24-hour service on request; Jetex lists 24/7 operations. |
|---|---|
| Prior permission | No PPR is published for IFR business flights. VFR flights need PPR by email at least 48 working hours ahead. Handling by an approved based company is mandatory, and the handler's name and the destination apron must be entered in item 18 of the flight plan. Signature says it helps with the prior permission required for aircraft with more than 25 seats. |
| Customs and immigration | Customs and immigration are H24 (AIP). Signature, Jetex and Universal Aviation all advertise customs and immigration at or through their FBOs; Universal says officers can clear passengers on board or at the FBO. |
| Slots | Not listed as a coordinated or schedules-facilitated airport on the French Ministry list (updated July 2026). Universal Aviation says there are no airport slots except during special events. |
| Noise and night restrictions | Jet aircraft may not leave the parking stand for take-off from 22:15 to 06:00 local. Jets not certified to Chapter 3, 4 or 14 may not land 23:30-06:15 local, and propeller aircraft over 9 t without that certification may not leave the stand 23:15-06:00 or land 23:30-06:15 local. Waivers can be granted by the captain for flight safety or by the minister (ministerial order of 15 February 2011). At night runway 03 is limited to aircraft up to 5.7 t, runway 07 is preferred for jet take-offs, and reverse thrust is for safety only. |
| Aircraft parking | No parking time limits are published in the AIP. Hangar space is offered by several FBOs (Jet Aviation's three hangars of about 3,500 m2; Universal's heated hangar). Signature's own page is inconsistent about overnight hangar and ramp parking, so confirm with the FBO. Aircraft with a wingspan of 65 m or more are not accepted. |
| De-icing | Available at some FBOs, according to the AIP. Signature lists de-icing among its services. |
| Other restrictions | The AIP lists the airport as closed to scheduled commercial and airline charter traffic; it is a business aviation airport. Training flights are prohibited day and night. Aircraft with a wingspan of 65 m or more are not permitted. Handling is mandatory and must be named in the flight plan. |
