Questions
How many passengers can a private jet carry?
Light jets typically carry 6 to 8, heavy jets 12 to 14 and ultra-long-range jets up to 19. Larger groups can fly on several aircraft or a VIP-configured airliner.
Can you coordinate several aircraft for one event?
Yes. One person plans every aircraft, timing and arrival so the whole group lands together.
How far ahead should we book a group flight?
As early as possible, especially around major events and peak season when larger aircraft are in short supply.
